The Hispanic format includes a wide variety of different music types: Ranchera, Nortena, Contemporary Hits, Banda, Tropical and Tejano. There are also Spanish language News/Talk, Sports and All News formats. Each different format will yield a different audience skew. The audience data shown here is an average of all the various niches. As the number of Spanish-language stations has increased and their programming has become more targeted, we have been able to add specific format definitions under the Hispanic umbrella.
